1999 – PRESENT
EXPLANATORY MEMO
Motheo Lutheran Church Hall (1999)
Initially, the skeletal construction method was envisaged for this project. However, on recommendation of the civil engineer, the surface construction method was used.
The completed building lent itself to scale.
- Church Hall Ground and 1st Floor plans
- Church Hall electrical layout
House Kgwele (2000) – in The Orchards , Pretoria.
Additions and extension to the existing house were made. The project has been partly built.
The Sutelong River Park (2005)
This was the project of the Kgetlo Projects Project Management being done for the Moretele Local Municipality.
The project was divided into the Cultural Village and the Modern Facilities. I was doing the Cultural Village and was also responsible for the coordination of the whole design team.
All the buildings on the site have good aspect, with the kitchen-mess reception and the guest huts welcoming the guests, by facing their approach from the ox-wagon station.
Self-explanatory drawings of some structures of the Cultural Village are herewith included:
- The proposed site layout plan 02
- The Kitchen Mess - Floor Plan.
- The Kitchen Mess - Elevations
- sectional elevations of the hall 100 (glazed wall tiles were used sparingly).
-typical Plan of the Guest Huts and the Segotlo ablutions,
- The layout plan of the Segotlo and the ablution , and
- The sections and elevation of the Segotlo and the ablutions.
The project was not proceeded with as the tribe did apparently not give permission for a piece of land on which the project was to be constructed.
Until the project halted, all the drawings were provisional pending input by the other respective members of the design team.

Letsopa Community Library (2010)
This was an RFP invited by the NW Department of Sports, Arts & Culture.
The proposal featured, amongst others, a small librarian office which could be replaced by the conference room for bigger staff meetings, traffic pattern which gained entry to the Children’s Library through the foyer of the main library, and the repair room for damaged books.
The long windows sought to break the length of the building.
The RFP invitation was stalled.
House Motaung (2010) This was built. The plan drawings and the photo of the completed building are included.
That House (2011) was partially built.
THANK YOU.
